Service is always Great when I bring my vehicle in. One suggestion that I would like to make is if to improve the Refreshment/Snack area in the customer lounge area. I needed a recall service done. The dealership two miles from home put us on a waiting list months ago and still don’t have the part. I called Phillips just to see if it’d be quicke The dealership two miles from home put us on a waiting list months ago and still don’t have the part. I called Phillips just to see if it’d be quicker. They got the part and got me in for the service in LESS THAN ONE WEEK! Also did an oil change on my diesel gladiator for about $100 LESS than the dealer nearer to home. I will make the drive for anything I need from the dealership without a second thought. Thank you! More
