I Love my new Dodge but I got SHAFTED on my trade see below Our salesman was great, however the management would not come up on how much they offered me on trade for my 2917 Nissan Frontier pick up. It only had 7,899 miles on it and I owed 21,000 on it and they only gave me 15,000 on it which due to being upside down jacked th price of the SUV to 26,000. Caused my payments to be over $420.00 per month much more than I wanted to pay. More

Almost 5 Stars, but flat tires. Had a great purchasing experience on Saturday, well almost walked out. lol my wife and I were looking at some trucks on the lot. We walked in to the front desk and stood there for awhile, but nobody approached us. We walked out the front door and talked. My wife went back in and asked a sales man in the back corner if sales are by appointment only. Now we got some attention. We has Sam as our sales man and i must say, it is a pleasure working with him. WE decided on a truck and did a test drive. All went very smooth. We discussed pricing and came to an agreement pretty fast. I put down a deposit and would bring the remainder in on Monday and pick up the truck at that time. The truck was cleaned and tire shine on the tires. Here is the reason for 4 stars and not 5. The tires were all flat! so flat that i immediately could tell that they are flat. This is reason enough for me to believe that service there is of lesser quality, especially when you have flat when you pick up a new truck. Now they did take care of it right away, but it required a manager to go to the service department to get it done right away. They told me that the service department people would get mad. Now, i am also wondering what else has not been done, since not even the tires have been checked. More
