wow what a jeep I went into the dealership this past Wednesday (6/28/17) simply to get an oil change. The night before my wife mentioned to me, "check out this Jeep Overland advertised in the paper, while you wait". So I did, and ended up buying it! Wow, all the bells and whistles, and a good price as it was a demo, plus a rebate. Bill Stickley, who had helped me with our previous Jeep, helped me again. Give him a "10" Kevin in finance helped get a good interest rate, give him a "10" also. Philip Felicien first talked to me about the new Jeep, but when he found out that Bill had helped me before, he quickly "passed" me on to him. Philip did the right thing, give him a "10" One thing worth mentioning, when I call to make a service appointment, it can be difficult to get through to "service" as they are so busy waiting on the customer in front of them, this (to me) seems to be more of a "system" problem than any complaint about any employee. I say that because when I am there for service, they are very helpful and take care of me right away, but I often hear the phone ringing. But again (to me) they do the right thing and talk to the customer in front of them rather than be rude and talk to somebody on the phone. Maybe a dedicated "Phone Person" just for service?? More

I really don't like the hassle associated with visiting any dealership to buy a new vehicle and had resigned myself to the fact that I was going to have to spend the afternoon battling to get what I really wanted, rather than what the salesperson wanted me to have, but did I have a fantastic surprise!!. Matthew met me at the front entrance and his bright personality and excellent attitude immediately made me feel like this was a dealership I would like to do business with. I explained to him what I was looking for and with his helpful advice and excellent product knowledge we found exactly the vehicle that suited us. Fantastic!!, we were so pleased!, and now the boring bit with all the paperwork, but no, Lou came over, introduced himself, took away our information and in no time the paperwork was all done, signed, and we were sitting in our new pickup with Matthew "pairing" our cell phones and giving a very thorough explanation and demonstration of how everything worked. I am a very fussy person and maybe a little OCD but if I had a dealership this is how I would want it to run. I can't say enough good things about these guys but I will certainly be back for my next vehicle and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who wants to enjoy buying a vehicle without the hassle.
