The advisor did not seem knowledgeable about my Dodge Ram. I wanted the ABS repaired but nothing was done because the ABS module is unavailable. But what if it wasn’t the ABS module. I didn’t need rotors Ram. I wanted the ABS repaired but nothing was done because the ABS module is unavailable. But what if it wasn’t the ABS module. I didn’t need rotors but he tried to sell them because “ we like to change them at the same time.” No need to spend the extra $400 More

The lack of communication between the service advisor and me meant a15 minute conversation took over 24 hours. And charging an hour labor to plunge the computer in and read it is ridiculous. And to add insult to injury you charge a shop fee for everything. Then to top it off the estimate to fix it was astronomical. The local truck repair shop came in at half your estimate. Of course my extended Chrysler warranty doesn't cover the coolant recovery tank even though it's technically part of the pressurized coolant system. Go figure.. More
