Jeff really stepped up and helped me out with an issue I was having with my Ram that had been a problem since I bought it from this dealership 2 years ago, brand new. He listened to my problem and had the s was having with my Ram that had been a problem since I bought it from this dealership 2 years ago, brand new. He listened to my problem and had the service department inspect the radio instead of just saying, there will be an update coming out that will fix it, like I had been continuously told when I brought the issue to the dealership over the course of those two years of owning my Ram. That inspection concluded there was a short in the radio. Jeff had the radio replaced for me and just like that, problem solved! Thanks again, Jeff for your help and for actually finding me a solution! More
While the check in process was enjoyable, our rep didn’t disclose hidden charges. In the end we were charged for things that weren’t disclosed. They just tell you what you want to hear to get the sale. I was told I would get the extra key when the sales man talked to the previous owner to get it. They happily gave me the number to their “ Key Guy”.so I can have him make one for me… skip this place!!! More
