If you have lots of time and don't care how you are treated then this is the place to go. It took over ten minutes to get with a service writer, all of them were walking around with their heads down no treated then this is the place to go. It took over ten minutes to get with a service writer, all of them were walking around with their heads down not helping. This is a great opportunity for a coaching of customer service. The attitude is more like croud control not wanting the busiess. Waiting area is very bassic again croud control not appriciation. Oil change was over two hours not very express. More

The service department was great. The parts department manager assisted me with my issues. However the fact that the decision for pricing icones from Central office is a shame to all The parts department manager assisted me with my issues. However the fact that the decision for pricing icones from Central office is a shame to all of your customers and had I not known what to ask for I would’ve paid $1500 more than I did And unfortunately there are customers that don’t know what to ask for and they are charged $1500 more is a shame.
