The service technicians are incompetent. 3 different techs worked on my jeep and had 3 different diagnoses. All which were wrong. No communication except voice mail or text. Told me to call him directly, that he would have his phone with him. Still got voicemail. Got a text saying car would be ready at noon on Thursday. Got there at 2:30, after a 45 min drive, only to be told it wasn’t ready. They could have text or called to tell me before I found a ride and drove there for nothing. Then said it would be ready at 4:30. Took a ride to store, only to be text at 3, saying it wouldn’t be ready until Friday. Now, 5 days later I get a voicemail while at work AND a text telling me that my parts are in. I ask what parts and she says ABS sensor (which is what I thought was already repaired ) that I paid for because they said it wasn’t covered under my extended warranty. I feel as though I’ve gotten a run around from them. More
Your service department was very good. Jose and Aaron were very friendly, professional and patient. I had to come in several times to have my problem fixed. Your technical team said it Jose and Aaron were very friendly, professional and patient. I had to come in several times to have my problem fixed. Your technical team said it was very challenging. At first they lead me to believe that the part or parts needed may not even be available. This doesn’t leave the customer with a lot of hope that the problem could be fixed and did lead to some anxiety. However the problem has been fixed and so far the “check engine” light has remained off. This was a big relief! By the way, your courtesy car drivers were very friendly and professional. Everyone is to be commended. I have been coming to this dealership now for almost 20 years and have been buying Chrysler minivans since 1989. More
