They have completely forgotten or lost my vehicle for two months and have charged me over and over again for diagnostic testing that didn’t even reveal the issues my vehicle had. I took my Jeep to a local mechanic and they found the issues and had them fixed within a week, and any other issues that have arisen have been handled properly with great customer service. Do not bring your vehicle here if you actually want the problem to get fixed, or if you plan on having your vehicle back in a timely manner. More
