PEHonda has always treated my husband and I fairly. June13th, we went to have an oil change plus buy new tires for our Honda HR-V. Jackie Burham was our service advisor advised us about the wait for t June13th, we went to have an oil change plus buy new tires for our Honda HR-V. Jackie Burham was our service advisor advised us about the wait for the oil change due to it being very busy. We agreed to wait while checking out the 2 brand of tires for sale for our vehicle. After discussing it with Jackie, we decided on the one we wanted. We could tell that the treads were excellent. Jackie went over everything that the technician had checked and advised us of the good condition of our brakes. A service brochure was given to us and we were advised when the next service would be needed. We have always been pleased with how we are treated at PEHonda. More

Completed my service in good time, had tire rotation, oil change and an alignment. Had coupons for all the service. The waiting area is comfortable. Service tech was through.
