Purchased a car from them. They are on the border between NJ and PA. I live in NJ. They put PA inspection stickers on it, not NJ. I had to argue with them for approximately a week to get it remedied. Their proposal was to offer me a tank of gas. After arguing with their manager I eventually got them to get me an inspection sticker for the CORRECT state. Gave them a second chance and went for 60,000 mile service. Had a scheduled 7 am appointment. Arrived 6:45. Waited for them to open and went inside to deliver keys. The Service Reception told me to "get in line" behind cars parked for express service. I told him I had a 7 am appointment. He said get in line to get checked in. I told him I was just dropping the car off and leaving the car for them, not waiting. And, I asked what the point of a scheduled appointment was and that I did not have a half hour to wait to "get checked in". He started walking away so I just told him to cancel the appointment. Would never recommend this dealership. Will not return as purchaser or for service. Just horrible customer service!
