"Worst Dealership-No customer service NONE!"

Purchased a car from them. They are on the border between NJ and PA. I live in NJ. They put PA inspection stickers on it, not NJ. I had to argue with them for approximately a week to get it remedied. Their proposal was to offer me a tank of gas. After arguing with their manager I eventually got them to get me an inspection sticker for the CORRECT state. Gave them a second chance and went for 60,000 mile service. Had a scheduled 7 am appointment. Arrived 6:45. Waited for them to open and went inside to deliver keys. The Service Reception told me to "get in line" behind cars parked for express service. I told him I had a 7 am appointment. He said get in line to get checked in. I told him I was just dropping the car off and leaving the car for them, not waiting. And, I asked what the point of a scheduled appointment was and that I did not have a half hour to wait to "get checked in". He started walking away so I just told him to cancel the appointment. Would never recommend this dealership. Will not return as purchaser or for service. Just horrible customer service!

"Went in for oil change and came out with new car"

Have been getting my old CRV serviced here after bad experiences at another Honda dealership. Was thinking about doing a trade in some time soon. Brought old car in for oil change and was directed to David Ball when I said I wanted some info on new model. Very pleased with service, took test drive and ran numbers for buying. Decided to purchase that day. Since a new car purchase is no longer just handing over the keys; he sat with me in car to sync phone, set options and review many features of car. With all the new features, there was one I couldn't find again and he happily guided me over the phone. Have been pleased with service I had received the past 6 years and knew I would be purchasing a new car here when I was ready.

"Buying a new car"

The staff and service from Pburg Honda is outstanding. I was there for a service on my 2012 Honda CRV and left with a new 2017 CRV. John Miller and Ben Lazor were absolutely wonderful to work with and made everything run so smoothly. They don't make you sit for hours and go back and forth with pricing. They are up front and genuine. I also use the service department and they are great too. Don't hesitate to go to Pburg Honda and ask for John Miller and Ben Lazor. You won't be disappointed!!!

"Excellent service"

I love my new CRV! I traded in my 2014 CRV for a new 2016 and upgraded the model. It is great on gas and so comfortable to drive. Now I have heated seats, lumbar support, and sunroof again. Love this car!

"Satisfied"

Bought our honda ridgeline back in July. We Pretty much completed the deal over the phone with Patty and she was amazing! Didn't get the same warm and fuzzy with our on-site sales rep John Edward's. We were not pleased with his unresponsiveness and unwillingness to help us with a manufacturer defect issue. Luckily, Steve Obrien from the service team redeemed the whole experience. Overall we were satisfied with the dealership.

"Service Dept is Terrific!"

The gentlemen in the Service Dept here are the best. I had taken my 2002 CRV to 2 trusted mechanics I had used for years at other shops and they could not find the cause of the shimmy in the front end of my car. I spoke to Dave Trible in service and he diagnosed it over the phone and fixed it immediately! This dealership is about an hour's drive from my home and well worth the drive! Once there I surprised myself by falling in love with a 2012 CRV and purchased a car! The entire dealership is absolutely cordial, friendly and everyone goes out of their way to please you! Mr. Miller, the used car manager was also extremely helpful! Keep up the great work!

"Another great experience"

I went into the Hyundai dealership to have my Sonata serviced. It is a leased vehicle nearing the end of the lease, so I just mentioned something to Cynthia (service dept.) and before I knew it, I was talking to Arvind Patel and we were discussing new car options. I really appreciated Arvind's friendliness and his willingness to have the process run smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised to be driving away in a new Sonata within 2 hours of arriving. I have to say that I have never had a bad experience at this Hyundai dealership when I've brought my car in for service. Cindy(service) was wonderful and friendly as usual. I also appreciated the way Nick(finance) explained my options to purchase my new vehicle. Again, very friendly, low key conversation. There wasn't that pressured sales pitch that I have received at other dealerships. I will definitely return to this dealership and encourage others to check them out.
