When I made my service appt I asked to have a general weather stripping inspection, I believe the areas looked at are the ones I mentioned because my wife found some weather stripping deteriorating on the upper left tailgate near visor. Overall I'm satisfied I just thought that was a good opportunity to have the techs review my weather stripping in general since it was missed when I bought this pre-certified. Thanks Troy More

Pleasant Experience My wife took her car in for inspection with the idea that it would only take an hour and a half and she would wait for it. She was informed that it could take two hours and was offered a loaner vehicle if she wished to go home or she could wait in their customer waiting room. She was uncomfortable driving a vehicle that she wasn't familiar with and chose to stay and wait. They even offered to drive her over to the shopping center if she would like. She chose to stay and wait. She was pleasantly surprised at the customer waiting room and all that was offered to make her stay more comfortable. The customer service reps kept her informed on the progress and explained what needed to be done to pass inspection and things that would need to be taken care of in the not so distant future. The overall process was quite enjoyable with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. More
