Consistently surpasses expectations Having three Vehicles (2005 TSX, 2010 MDX and 2011 TL) serviced here for the past 6 years since moving to this area, Piazza Acura never disappoints. Although it is a bit of a drive about 25 miles for me, it is worth it. Everytime I took any of my Vehicles in, the wait time was not bad and service was always great. For 2016, Michelle has been taking care of me and does a great job. Followed up with a nice email to the Service Manager Darren with my service In Feb. the service completed consisted of a simple oil change done and was quick and lives up to its accelerated service no appointment needed. Recently earlier this month, had a brake fluid flush done and again servic was great. I will be coming back for another scheduled soon. I must say I did try out the Limerick Acura several times for a while as it was only 8 miles from my house and was not please. I would find myself sitting for hours and hours and not even a loaner was ever offered! The experiences I encountered there with the TL and MDX made me realize the better quality and reduce wait time at Wedt Chester which is why I continue to make the drive. After my recent visit I also received a follow up call from Linda and called her back leaving a message with positive notes about my service experience. I am loyal to Acura as I'm going on my 12th year as an Acura Owner! I definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Darren and his staff are all wonderful and it's nice to see the same faces all the time as the years go by. Thank you Darren and Team! Hope to buy my next Acura from this dealership! Since my next service will cost a lot, Megan let me know what was coming down the pike, why, and the approximate cost. I appreciated the "heads up" so I'm not freaking out about money then. No one wants to spend money on service ... especially a lot of money. The "heads up" softens the blow a bit. More

When my Salesman, Angel realized I had an issue the last time around, he consulted with his Mgr and the 2 men went out of their way to make my experience a great one, giving us, what we felt was a fair deal that we decided to accept! Angel did a great job and got answers for my 100 questions from more experienced sales staff, when he wasn't sure. He was very courteous and professional and patient with all my questions about the new technology. My checkout with Financial Assistance Gal was smoothe and easy also. More
