He stayed late so we could get the deal done that night and was very professional and nice. I explained that I was going to take the car to my mechanic on Monday to get looked over. There was a minor problem that needed to be addressed. It would have cost me close to $500 dollars to get it fixed on my own. I took the car back to the Acura service dept. Jeff and Stuart were so great about it, they had it up on the lift within an hour and confirmed the issue. They ordered the parts, and go me scheduled for this Friday 9/2 at 1:30pm. Stuart called me and set the appointment on Wed 8/31. The level of service has been exceptional and I am very pleased with everything. Piazza Acura is great and I would recommend you guys to anyone buying a car. This is the 3rd car we've purchased from Piazza of West Chester and we'll be back again! More

From the first phone call to leaving the shop later that afternoon the service department was friendly, helpful and quickly responsive to my requests. Prompt, friendly service I took my Acura RDX in for an air bag replacement. My appointment was at 10 AM and the car was ushered right in. First Service I have purchased two cars from Piazza and have been very happy with the lack of hassle when it comes to arriving at a price. This is the first time I have had a vehicle serviced by Piazza and they were very accommodating in view of the fact I stopped in on a cold try with no appointment. They told me my wait would be about two hours, but it turned out to be only one. Megan was very helpful and arranged for me to meet the mechanic to discuss the reasoning behind Acura's use of a partial synthetic oil vs. full synthetic (my preference). I still don't understand why Acura will not allow a full synthetic oil change for the MDX. The customer service area in this facility is really lackluster compared to other dealers of luxury cars. I was really surprised as to how sparse it is. Fortunately, Megan was able to find me a vacant table in the main showroom where I could work during the servicing. More
