Prompt, friendly service I took my Acura RDX in for an air bag replacement. My appointment was at 10 AM and the car was ushered right in. I waited in a comfortable area and w I took my Acura RDX in for an air bag replacement. My appointment was at 10 AM and the car was ushered right in. I waited in a comfortable area and was provided with complimentary coffee and snacks. The replacement was done promptly, in addition to a 12-point check. First Service I have purchased two cars from Piazza and have been very happy with the lack of hassle when it comes to arriving at a price. This is the first time I I have purchased two cars from Piazza and have been very happy with the lack of hassle when it comes to arriving at a price. This is the first time I have had a vehicle serviced by Piazza and they were very accommodating in view of the fact I stopped in on a cold try with no appointment. They told me my wait would be about two hours, but it turned out to be only one. Megan was very helpful and arranged for me to meet the mechanic to discuss the reasoning behind Acura's use of a partial synthetic oil vs. full synthetic (my preference). I still don't understand why Acura will not allow a full synthetic oil change for the MDX. The customer service area in this facility is really lackluster compared to other dealers of luxury cars. I was really surprised as to how sparse it is. Fortunately, Megan was able to find me a vacant table in the main showroom where I could work during the servicing. More

Customer Service Darren has the right idea. Your service technicians need to understand that their service is what separates you from others. Part of the Acura experie Darren has the right idea. Your service technicians need to understand that their service is what separates you from others. Part of the Acura experience is service. For example, I purchased mine from Ardmore. I had an awful service experience, so I switched to West Chester. When it comes time to trade mine, I will purchase from West Chester and my wife might do the same. So one negative service experience cost Ardmore tens of thousands in service and possibly $75k in new cars. That's a huge loss if I'm not the only one with that experience. Darren needs to be supported that customer service is everything. He gets it! For example, they didn't re-set my 'odometer' to show 100% oil, even though I got my oil changed. Darren knew this was a big deal because the customer wants to make sure oil is changed and the settings are correct. The tech did not think it was much of an issue. Darren knows guests expect those missteps at Jiffy Lube, not Acura. Also, Megan is superb! She is a keeper! More
