Car was taken on time and loaner provided. I appreciated the up date phone calls from Gail and while I was disappointed that the part needed was back ordered, I kept abreast of the situation. Great Service all the time. I had an oil change done and a tire rotation. The dealership also noted that I had a leak in my tire from a nail and they took care of repairing the damages ASAP. My only complaint is that I noticed that the the air tire valve on my front driver side was gone. They had forgot to put it back on after fixing the leak. I had to go to an auto store to purchase a new set of tire valves. Hopefully next time, that won't happen again. More
