It’s bad enough to to charge me $1200 for 1 wheel and 2 tires. Then you’re gonna charge me another $53 to get my old wheel back! That’s my wheel, I said up front I wanted to keep the old wheel. Excellent customer service. Service man removed a nail from my tire and patched it. Informed me that my battery needed replacement so I had them replace it right away. Disappointed that my automatic transmission fluid change had been missed at my May 6, 2025 service appointment. Transmission fluid was rated as satisfactory! Prior to that date at on September 27, 2024 it had been missed at my May 6, 2025 service appointment. Transmission fluid was rated as satisfactory! Prior to that date at on September 27, 2024 it was rated as May Require Future Attention. I have to wonder if it was even checked on May 6, 2025 with the vehicle now at 33600 miles. More
