People were pleasant and concerned to get my car’s air conditioning working. I have one complaint. When I was called with the total, I offered my Visa card number and I was not told there would be a 3% su conditioning working. I have one complaint. When I was called with the total, I offered my Visa card number and I was not told there would be a 3% surcharge. I know that’s common but it should have been mentioned. I would have arranged to hand a check to the valet who delivered my car to me. More

Overall a decent experience. The reps at the front desk were tentative and helpful. My only critique would be that I scheduled myself for the earliest appointment at 8am, however The reps at the front desk were tentative and helpful.
