We bought a used Honda at a different dealership, much further away from our home. We had a problem with a dash indicator light. We also needed spare keys. At the first visit, the indicator light problem was not solved. We brought the car back a week later. The problem was solved. The first visit, we only paid for the new keys. The price was what was expected. There was no charge for what was thought to have been the "light" problem. On the second visit, the Honda service people did an outstanding job finding out what the issue was. There was a cost this time. The cost was fair and reasonable. The service people were courteous and all questions were answered honestly and they washed the car on both visits. More
Honda was a pleasure to work with for my first car purchase. I visited Honda with the intention of just looking around at the dealership and their great costumer service had me decide to purchase a ne purchase. He discovered discounts for me even after I decided to purchase the Honda which I feel as though I could not find with any other dealer at any other dealership. More

Truly a pleasant experience and well worth the travel to Reading. Our salesperson Chuck was very courteous and prompt - greeting us with a smile at the door. Chuck rates a 5 due to his obvious vehicle knowledge, as well as his ability to convey the advantages of leasing due to our personal situation, and doing it without feeling we were being pressured into a de well as his ability to convey the advantages of leasing due to our personal situation, and doing it without feeling we were being pressured into a decision. Bluetooth was entered by an employee whose name i do not recall....He did it quickly and I was not following what he did. When we drove away from the dealership..there was constant reminder made that we nee recall....He did it quickly and I was not following what he did. Finally she stopped...and I just turned the bluetooth to off on my phone. So.... , I do not have or use this feature that is available on this car.. We are older and not very tech savvy...I do think I would like this feature but am intimidated to try to do it myself. The salesman was very nice, but very new at his job... Wondering if I should or can return and ask for help ! More
I totalled my car in an accident and then had to immediately leave for vacation. When I returned, I needed a car - and fast. I knew that I liked Acuras, but doubted that I'd be able to find a "good" used one that I could afford. Piazza Acura of Reading just happened to have a beautiful 2012 TSX SE with less than 10,000 miles that was in EXCELLENT condition. My friend and I drove down there and were pointed in the direction of Chuck Whitby. I was tired, stressed, and dreading the entire process (because basically, car shopping is a nightmare regardless of the circumstances). Chuck was great though - and ended up making a very frustrating situation (i.e. car shopping on a budget and time constraint) bearable. Everybody we interacted with at Piazza was helpful and pleasant. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my Acura and couldn't be happier with the entire package. Thanks to Chuck and Gary MacCloskey and the entire Piazza Acura team! More
