I do not think all of the recommended services presented to me in a text is needed. I would prefer more personalized service recommendations based on when the same service was previously done. When the technician s check brake pads and tires, they send me inaccurate results, which I believe indicates they are trying to drive up service sales instead of taking care of what is truly needed.
