good morning! we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you! It is our understanding that you have a direct contact with the Service Manager, Beka, for any future issues which will hopefully help prevent communication issues. looking at the paperwork it looks the battery had failed which lead to the issues with it being stranded. Unfortunately, things may fail which is what the warranty is in place for that took care of your battery. We apologize for the miscommunications and will continue to improve upon these processes so that they do not happen in the future.
