I came into piazza Honda Springfield looking to upgrade my beloved 10year old civic. I was met by Geoffrey at the door and he was amazing the entire time! Piazza Honda of Springfield is absolutely a place you go when you want great service when purchasing a car. My girlfriend had purchased her car from Piazza Honda of Springfield previously and worked with when you want great service when purchasing a car. My girlfriend had purchased her car from Piazza Honda of Springfield previously and worked with Evan and she had a really great experience so when it was my turn to update my car, we knew that we would be going back. I started with Jeff who was super helpful when I came to check out the stock a few weeks prior and then he helped us get an idea of what was available and was very kind. When we arrived to purchase, Jeff introduced us to Adam who would be a tremendous help throughout the day. He made the experience run smoothly, was super friendly, and a really good guy to talk to. When it was time to go to financing, we worked with John who was thorough, knowledgeable, and also very friendly and pleasant to work with. Jeff, Adam, and John are all great people along with everyone else who we have talked with at Piazza Honda of Springfield.
