Top notch from the moment I entered the dealership! I was immediately greeted, seated, offered something to drink, and asked what they could do for me! I had worked with Frank Crinite in the past and wanted to work with him again. That did not cause any issues, and they immediately had Frank come and join me. I can't say enough about Frank. He worked hard to get me the best deal on the car that I wanted and it was a success! The financing of the vehicle and paperwork was prepared and ready for me. The process was quick and seamless! The car was perfectly prepared and looked spectacular. Frank even arranged for the car to be dropped off at my residence for me. My family and I have been buying Honda's for many years, and this was my third or fourth trip to Piazza Honda of Springfield. If and when the time presents itself... I will be back! More
