Adam is an ASSET I came in to Piazza in Springfield in need of a car, but with little knowledge on the current fleet of vehicles. Within 5 minutes of walking in the door, I was introduced to Adam. There are not enough positive things I can say about Adam. Throughout the entire process of leasing my new 2019 Civic Sport, I felt as if Adam was someone I knew my whole life and was there to truly help me find my first car. He was not pushy, but instead he was extremely helpful in finding the right car for me and couldn’t have done a better job. I would recommend Adam, and Piazza Honda of Springfield to anyone who is looking for a new car. Adam is a HUGE asset to your business and I look forward to continue doing business with him and Piazza for years to come. More

Loonnnng process The salesperson was wonderful (Evan) but after I said i’d take the car the process to complete the transaction took longer than when I made settlement The salesperson was wonderful (Evan) but after I said i’d take the car the process to complete the transaction took longer than when I made settlement on my last house. There has to be a better way than how this is done. It’s the main reason I didn’t want to come to get a car since I remembered the process from before. My last Honda was 14 years ago. Also the finance person was extremely nice when I was first there but had to bring back my old title and did that maybe an hour after I left and she was very rude like she couldn’t care less since I already purchased the car and bought one of the insurance plans. I was pretty angry about that. Almost wanted to return the car and go elsewhere if I would’ have to deal with the same purchase process, which I know will always happen. So I just left with a sour taste about Piazza Honda. There are other Honda dealerships to go to when I turn in this lease car in 3 years. More

Did I really need a new alternator? I had AAA tow my Acura MDX to Piazza Honda due to its proximity to where my car died. The car had been giving low-voltage of battery warnings on my d I had AAA tow my Acura MDX to Piazza Honda due to its proximity to where my car died. The car had been giving low-voltage of battery warnings on my dashboard indicator. Then the next day the Engine died close to Piazza. Jonathan, My service advisor was excellent and very helpful, however when I picked up my car, which piazza had for about a week as I was away., The same low-voltage indicator light was still on on my dash, the radio codes were not entered into my car to reset the radio, and there was grease on the driver side door. I reported this to Jonathan and he immediately took it into the service area and they put a new battery in which fixed the indicator light problem. Although he was very helpful when I picked up my car, it made me wonder did I even need a very expensive new alternator installed at all? Was it just the battery that need to be replaced ?? ( a much less expensive repair ). I should have asked for my faulty alternator back to see indeed if it was defective. I will not be returning to Piazza Honda More
