The service writer told me he just had to fill out paper work and I would be out. I waited for 2 hours and it wasn’t until 2 when I went and asked where my car was that anything happened and I waited another 30 minutes after that. After arriving at 12pm there were people that came and left before me and I dropped my car off at 8am. Extremely disappointed with my experience yesterday. More
