Get your Saturday service together! I haven’t had a bad experience until yesterday! I came into the express center because my indicator light was on. The dash indicator said I needed oil I haven’t had a bad experience until yesterday! I came into the express center because my indicator light was on. The dash indicator said I needed oil. I stopped in to see if I could get a quart of oil. The person at the desk told me that the wrench indicator meant that I needed an oil change. I asked him to check my records as I had just had my oil changed the end of July. I said that I knew I hadn’t gone 3,000 miles yet. I even went to my car and got the exact mileage. I was then told that because I don’t drive enough, my car needs it’s oil changed every 2000 miles . I’ve never heard of such a thing! Nor has anyone else that I asked. So I agreed to the oil change because it can’t hurt. So I asked him to put me in for an oil change. He then tells me that everyone is on break. Ok I get that . Everyone should get a break. He said that they wouldn’t write anyone up until 1:00 when the break was over. I said ok I’ll wait. I wanted to be next , as I had more errands and really hadn’t been planning this appointment. So I was waiting and a woman came in and said that she was just written up for service on the other side( where you go for regular service) . I was ticked to say the least. I went around to the other side and asked them to write up my service. My point is : it’s one way or the other. Don’t tell some customers one thing and do something else. Also what is up with an oil change every 2000 miles??? More

1 for 3 I made my appointment and expected 3 items to be addressed-Oil Change, Sliding Armrest, and an Upgrade to the Navigation System. The only thing done w I made my appointment and expected 3 items to be addressed-Oil Change, Sliding Armrest, and an Upgrade to the Navigation System. The only thing done was the Oil Change. I was told that my sliding armrest was normal and it couldn’t be fixed. That is unacceptable. My Navigation System was not addressed at all-I was handed a print out and told I could do it myself-again, unacceptable. Very unhappy with my visit! I can’t remember names of who didn’t help me so I selected the top one listed More
