Hectic experience Took my CRV there for inspection. There was no place to park so I had to park in the roadway and walk inside. The atmosphere at the counter was hectic Took my CRV there for inspection. There was no place to park so I had to park in the roadway and walk inside. The atmosphere at the counter was hectic and I had to be aggressive to gain attention. The counter man handed me a drop off envelope to fill out with no further instructions. I went outside to check on my car and an older gentleman working as the lot attendant actually helped me fill out the form and handled parking my car. Picking up the car was a similarly hectic and confusing experience. Once again the older gentleman helped me out with my car. I think I’d let him run the service department. More

After work I was dissatisfied with my visit. I came in for a simple oil-change & felt I had been overcharged. I immediately reached out to the location to discus I was dissatisfied with my visit. I came in for a simple oil-change & felt I had been overcharged. I immediately reached out to the location to discuss my invoice in detail. I was put on hold, then told someone would call me back-they did not. The next day around 2 o’clock I reached back out in hopes to discuss my concerns. At which point my concerns were glazed over and minimized. Needless to say I will be considering other options for further oil changes and my state inspection needed next month. More
