Disappointed that it took 2 days to fix the air conditioner in my Civic, and that I did not get a loaner car to go to work the second day. Great speedy recall/warrenty service I had a great experience this week with the service department. Great scheduling experience dispite a 2 weeks backlog, on a recall airbag component. Drove in on appointment time, was greated with a smile by the valet guy and service manager quickly took my info and had a cup of coffee.
