I was introduced to Robert Sadler (Robbie). He was most welcoming and asked how he could help me. I told him what I was interested in seeing. Initially, I wanted a 2015 certified per used car. I looked at them and also the 2016. I tested drove both of them. I got all the information I needed and told Robbie I wanted to share this information with my daughter and son-in-law. After reviewing all of the information, I decided to look at the 2016 Tucson. I liked safety rating because I often have my granddaughter in the car with me and I also liked the features. Since I already had an appointment with Robbie for the next day, my family came with me. They also liked Robbie's helpfulness. He was informative and never pushy. He took the time to let my family test drive the car as well. In the end, I purchased a 2016 Tucson ECO. I really like the car. Upon pickup, it looked great and had a full tank of gas. Since my purchase, Robbie has called to see if I have and questions on concerns. He is first rate at his job, enjoys his work, and enjoys people. My son-in-law said that he will be in the market shortly for a car and he will absolutely contact Robbie to help him with his purchase. My experience as very positive.
