great sales staff , service department on the other hand ? i had my 2002 hyundai totaled in accident in july. did not want to travel to far result of injuries to the dealer ship of which i purchased the vehicl i had my 2002 hyundai totaled in accident in july. did not want to travel to far result of injuries to the dealer ship of which i purchased the vehicle .Instead I thought piazza, called the sales staff was very nice. spoke to Tiffany on phone and Stephanie,came down test drove two vehicles, said I would be back tomorrow. My wife and I purchased a car that day ..again let me say all of the sales staff even the ones we just spoke to were great.Another person told us we had to buy the extended warranty before we drove off the lot .wont mention name as previous hyundai owners 7 total we new this to be a pressure ploy, which kinda turned us off. we didn't buy it from them .So when I called for my first free oil change 10-1-14 I spoke to Dennis Moyer he told me he could get me in 10- 13-14because of recalls, its bad for an experienced staff . I worked with highway fleet service back in the seventies and this is a unacceptable amount of time for an oil change or any service on a new vehicle or any vehicle. Called Mccafferty hyundai took me in right away, they to have recalls .i was actually going to look for another car but with service like this Im looking in a different direction. In all fairness I did receive a phone call on 10-3-14 after possibly sales staff, or dealerrater informed them of my original review which was not as kind, from another piazza service rep but my vehicle was already serviced. Its terrible when a dealer ship needs a third party to explaIn proper business protocol.. I may not get a loaner car from dealership where I have this vehicle serviced because I did not purchase from them or car wash but I know its done in a reasonable amount of time and done right. More

Best all around We had taken our car in for an emergency repair of the transmission. Once we had our vehicle in we immediately were given the option of a loaner vehic We had taken our car in for an emergency repair of the transmission. Once we had our vehicle in we immediately were given the option of a loaner vehicle from Rick as we had purchased from them in the past and currently bring three vehicles for service. Jason had called me later in the afternoon with the estimate. Being an 11 year old car we had to make the choice of the repair or purchase. All of my repair options were presented to me and we had to make the wisest decision and lease or purchase. The next morning we spoke with Joe in sales who had helped us twice before and immediately started working for us. Within 15 minutes we had a car and a deal worked up on paper and once we decided what to do we had the deal finalized a few minutes later. They really helped us in a bind and an emergent situation from the rapid repair eval to the loaner as not to miss work to the quick sale. Literally from front to back,an A1 team. More

Brandon Daub" I guess you can consider him a salesperson" was very poor overall down right insulting. I do not want to go into full detail because it would take the whole page to go over how bad he was. He got very offended and upset that my fiance was there purchasing the vehicle with me. He acted like a little boy who did not get his way when we told him we were getting a better quote somewhere else. He really turned my whole family away from ever doing business with Piazza Auto group ever again. We found him quite pathetic for his actions. I'm sure when he sees this it will make him think before he insults great customers and there family members. We did go ahead and released a beautiful 2014 Santa Fe Sport from Conicelli Hyundai in Conshohocken. I would recommend anyone looking for a great deal and happy confident sales staff take the ride down 422. It is worth the time and energy!!!!! Hopefully Piazza evaluates there staff members!!!!!! More

Amazing staff and great experience After my car was totaled in the hail storm in May I spent more than a few weeks looking for a new car. However, after only 5 minutes at Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown, I was sold. Gianna greeted me promptly, offered me tons of insight into the Velosters which I was very interested in purchasing. She was friendly and helpful and promptly responded to all of my emails! Then I met Jonny who was knowledgeable, patient and funny! Together they got me a great price for my budget and made sure I understood and loved everything about my new car! They showed me all around the dealership, introduced me to the service team and just went above and beyond my expectations. Visit them and you won't be disappointed at all. More

Bought 2 cars in a month - Stressfree! I used to consider car shopping right up there with root canal but then I met Jonny Radcliff. My daughter and I started out looking to replace her wor I used to consider car shopping right up there with root canal but then I met Jonny Radcliff. My daughter and I started out looking to replace her worn out Focus. Jonny helped her find the right used Hyundai for her budget. Because of the easy transaction I decided to unload my 2013 Ford Fiesta and Jonny worked tirelessly to find me a new Accent with all the options I needed. It took him a few weeks because I was so picky but he never gave up, kept me informed of his progress and we were able to seal a deal. I highly recommend this Piazza dealership and especially Jonny - stop and see him - you won't be disappointed. More

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE I have always dealt with another well known Hyundai dealer in Conshohocken as this is my 4th Hyundai. I decided to try Piazza Hyyndai since it was clo I have always dealt with another well known Hyundai dealer in Conshohocken as this is my 4th Hyundai. I decided to try Piazza Hyyndai since it was closer to where I live now. I couldn't have made a better decision! Mark our customer service rep was so nice and polite. When my husband and I entered the building, he came right over and greeted us. I knew what I was looking for and he directed me right to the one I wanted. No pressure, no sales pressure. He let us choose and decide. The process of all the paperwork and financing was quick and efficient. My husband and I also met with Lisa the finance person who was also very nice and informative. Again, no pressure offering us the extra warranties. Overall a very pleasant and rewarding experience at Piazza Hyundai. I would recommend them to anyone! More

Overall Great Experience Jonny was great to work with and the overall car search at Piazza Hyundai was outstanding. We found a Honda Accord Coupe and we fell in love with it. They had a much greater selection then our local Reading dealerships because the Hail damage took its tool on most cars in are area. More
