On 3/6/13 i was involved in a MVA that left my 2012 Sonata a total loss. On 3/11/13 I walked over to the dealership to see what was available in used/new as I had decided to go with another Hyundai Sonata a total loss. Luckily for me Andy Spengler (my original salesman) was working and I asked him about possibly sourcing another for me. Andy went and pulled what options my 2012 had and went to work finding me another. Andy found me the exact car I had, but in a 2013, and was able to deliver to me on 3/14/13. I had not been expecting to be making another purchase from this dealership this soon, Andy also was able to find some rebates I was unaware of, which helped out alot. I love how quick we were in and done. Never have felt this taken care of at a dealership, and never expected to be back to this particular dealership a little over a year later for a new car. Excellent services as always. I hit a pothole the night before the service and was riding on a spare tire. I called in the morning to make an appointment. They were able to get me in immediately and in j before the service and was riding on a spare tire. I called in the morning to make an appointment. They were able to get me in immediately and in just over an hour I had a complete diagnosis, the repairs were made and I was back on the road. I had them do an emissions inspection and when I didn't have an up-to-date insurance card, they called my insurance company to verify the policy was still active and completed the service. That's going above and beyond! More

Denis was very friendly. The work time was quick, but once again, they fail when it comes to the car wash after the service. Spots were missed on the car and there were soapy water stains on the car. I had an emergency situation with a loose air bag on the steering column. Had not appointment but dropped off over night for early handling. I'm notorious for overlooking the due dates on the inspections so I took them up on the offer and eliminated one extra trip to the dealership. Their phone calls and heads up treatment give me great confidence. More
The right rear tire on my wife's Accent became flat in the garage one morning. It was aired back up & the car driven to the dealership by my wife. The service adviser informed her that it couldn't be in the garage one morning. It was aired back up & the car driven to the dealership by my wife. The service adviser informed her that it couldn't be repaired and offered to sell her two new tires. No explanation was offered to her as to why the one tire with 15,000 miles could not be repaired. He informed her that both tires had to be replaced to prevent pulling. She stood her ground and only had the right rear replaced at the cost of $111.24. I feel the service department was attempting to take advantage of her. I will communicating my displeasure to the dealership general manager. More
