Process took too long. We were at the dealership from 10 AM to 3 PM. By 12 PM we had the trade-in value and agreed to purchase the vehicle. No one told us that the finance manager had other customers ahead of us. We just sat around until about 2 PM . It would have been helpful if the salesperson had told us about the delay, and that there were vending machines to get a snack, since we missed lunch. The process took too long. More
