This was my first service on a 2011 Sonata and it could not have gone better. I confused my service date on my calendar and showed up at the right time on the wrong day. The service manager couldn't have been nicer and worked me in immediately becuase he had some no shows. I was in and out in 45 minutes, it was minimal work because it was the first service but it was done well, and the entire experience was good. The general manager Rob Douglass was extremely rude. They asked me to buy an car insurance policy for that car first and then told me that the bank was closed so I could not get approved for leasing. After holding me there for more than two hours, he did not show any regret but deadly face and bad attitude.
