I have owned three Hyundai's in my lifetime from other dealerships. However the customer service at the Piazza location (for my 4th new Hyundai) was by far the best. The manager was eager to assist me wit dealerships. However the customer service at the Piazza location (for my 4th new Hyundai) was by far the best. The manager was eager to assist me with an issue I was having with my radio and promptly got my car serviced. I would recommend the service department to anyone who is looking for quality and honesty.....at every visit! More
Everyone person I have encountered at this dealership has been professional, friendly, knowledgeable...I feel they go above and beyond to meet your needs. I was going to be without a vehicle to get to and from work and to the dealership. Emily who works in the Warranty Department drove me from the dealership to my home the evening before and picked me up t work and to the dealership. Most places would not go to this measure.Piazza Hyundai did. Meeting Emily with her outgoing personality and friendliness, along with the cooperation of the Service Department was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ahd since moving to the area. Went in for the 30,000 mile service on my Hyundai. Initial quote was $320. Worked with the service writer and was able to have unnecessary, superfluous services removed from the service. They were easy to work with, did a great job, and also washed the car while it was there. I have had my car serviced 9 times there in the past 2 years and have been very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a Hyundai vehicle. More
