Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown - Service Center

I would not recommend for service. I had the option to schedule my appointment online and received and email confirmation about the appointment only to find out it never fed over so they had nothing on me schedule my appointment online and received and email confirmation about the appointment only to find out it never fed over so they had nothing on me in the system. Then i sit and wait and wait and eventually see my car in the garage, but it appeared nobody was working on it, then about 45 minutes later i see my car leave the garage. The associate that checked me in when i arrived had disappeared and had been missing for about an hour and i finally had to ask somebody to get the paper work for my car so i could get out of there. A person that picked up their car was told it was parked in spot 14, nobody told me where my car was parked and i finally had to get another person to go looking for my car. I did not buy my car at this dealership, i bought mine at Colonial in Downingtown, i only went to this dealership because i am now 10 minutes away. For my next service i will drive the 30 plus miles to get my car done where i purchased it. More

Piazza Hyundai is all you can ask for in a dealer. I always get the right price for a new vehicle (I'm on my 2nd car so far from Piazza). The Service Dept is above & beyond what I ever expected. (Piaz always get the right price for a new vehicle (I'm on my 2nd car so far from Piazza). The Service Dept is above & beyond what I ever expected. (Piazza is the first dealer I've EVER used for my service & maintenance, as opposed to going to 3rd party places.) My spouse tells me horror stories from her service visits to the dealer next door (Fred....). She is jealous of how well Piazza treats me. I highly recommend Piazza. More

Went to Piazza today to get A spare tire kit for my 2013 Elantra. Great staff, Great service and always friendly and helpful. I took my car to another local Hyundai dealer about a year ago with a different vehicle (I was over the mileage and needed to get a 7,500 mi helpful. Over the years I have purchased 10 new cars, the last 4 from Piazza dealerships, three Hondas one each from Reading, Pottstown, and Drexel Hill, along with my first Hyundai from Pottstown. My favorite ser from Piazza dealerships, three Hondas one each from Reading, Pottstown, and Drexel Hill, along with my first Hyundai from Pottstown. My favorite service department for years was Reading Honda's which I went out of my way to take all of my Hondas. I drive over 2K miles a month so im in getting service often. So I was very happy to hear Rick Stubblebine was at the Hyundai dealer now and that was definately a selling point for me. The one thing that keeps me coming back is "Trust". I have dealt with some service departments that have been difficult and some that have been very professional but none that I have trusted like Ricks crew both here and back in Reading. Even the mechanics like Steve go the extra step to understand your concerns and explain the possible solutions. These guys are top notch and deserve some accolades. More

I rotated the tires on my new Elantra at 20k miles. After rotation, the car had a front end vibration so I took it to the dealer to look at. They told me I had a bad tire (the tread was separating), w After rotation, the car had a front end vibration so I took it to the dealer to look at. They told me I had a bad tire (the tread was separating), which they made no attempt to cover under warranty. They quoted me new tires at $185 each. I have since replaced them at Creamery Tire for $113 each. They also told me because of the vibration, my brake roters needed to be turned and quoted me $188. Keep in mind, I had the vibration for a total of 3 days. They also said the front end needed to be aligned and quoted $89. Again, the tires were only on the front end for 3 days and had no signs of uneven wear. One of the main reasons I bought a Hyandai was because of the great warranty. Boy, was I fooled. Thanks for nothing. More
