Do not go here! I called and spoke with Dave in sales to inquire about a new Hyundai. He treated me like I was trying to commit fraud by simply asking questions for my husband about buying a car. All I did was ask him if my husband and I could come in and look at a car and possibly do a deal. He has no experience buying a car whereas I do. So I was just trying to help my husband. Yes the car would be for us both but he said that’s not possible if he is financing the car by himself. I explained that my credit is terrible which is why he was financing it. He was extremely rude and I mean extremely. At one point he yelled at me and told me to have my husband call back if we wanted to buy a car. Then he hung up on me. Maybe he’s homophobic or just that he doesn’t want to help because he doesn’t want to do the necessary work to help someone who actually wants to buy a car. I’m disgusted and will never ever give you guys my business and will advise everyone I know to stay away from this dealership too. Furthermore, I intend to file a BBB complaint and will be hiring an attorney for possible legal action for clear discrimination. More

I recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 6 from Piazza Hyundai of West Chester, PA, and couldn't be happier with the experience! My salesperson, Victor, was fantastic. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, guiding me through the process without any pressure. Victor answered the hundreds of questions I had about the Ioniq 6 and owning an EV. The communication was quick, and Victor explained all the fees in a clear and understandable way. The final price was exactly as negotiated, including the trade-in. I love the new level of one-pedal braking that the Ioniq 6 has, along with its smooth handling and many advanced safety features. The whole process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend Victor and the team at Piazza Hyundai of West Chester, PA, to anyone looking for a Hyundai Certified Used Vehicle or a new car! I also want to thank Dennis for his helpful review of the offer I made online and for confirming details before I scheduled an appointment to test drive the Ioniq 6. A simple “sorry to hear you’re having an issue, let me know what I can do to make it right” would have put me at ease. Instead, I had to reach out multiple times to the dealership, dealerships closer to me, and ultimately Hyundai corporate to have my issue looked at. Not a great way to feel after purchasing a brand new vehicle. It should have been a super simple transaction, I was happy with msrp, fine taking a bit less for my trade in then I could have gotten, just wanted a simple, easy purchase. Instead, this will go down as one of the most unprofessional interactions of my life. Thankfully, I never have to deal with this dealership again. Go anywhere else with your business if you want to feel respected and valued as a customer. More

Genesis West Chester and its staff Michael Hearn gave me the worst shopping experience in my life. Very not responsive and arguably showed no interest in dealing from day one. My family own/owned (all brand new if that matters) Maserati, BMW, Audi, Volvo, Rover and Acura and I have never seen a dealer like Genesis West Chester. For this encounter with Genesis West Chester and Michael Hearn, I decided to stop considering Genesis at this moment. More

Tried to schedule an oil change on a vehicle that is 2 years old and according to their sales pitch would get free oil changes and I was told that their next appointment was in 2 months... Really? After that I got an Accura and decided to go back to Hyundai, well it looks like it will be my last Hyundai, since it feels that their free oild changes is a lot of bait and switch.. More
