Made first time car buying an enjoyable experience. Christian was very lively and personable. He had great knowledge of the other vehicles I had looked at, and was very vocal about the strengths and weaknesses of the model I was looking at. I took way too long looking over financial options and trying to wrap my head around it all (adulting is hard), and he went above and beyond to help me understand just what each option would look like. When I arrived to pick up the car, I found him doing the last bit of spot cleaning himself, something a sales person shouldn't have to do. Candice made paper work, (the scariest part for someone learning how to adult) a breeze. She was able to help me set up a costum payment plan with a larger initial investment than the cookie cutter plans I went over with Christian. She was very good at presenting each insurance policy for what it was worth factoring in likelyhood of an accident, coverage time, and price. More

Test Drive Offer Was supposed to receive a $40 gift card over a month ago for test driving a Hyundai. Great Salesperson We had agreed with them on a car and an offer before we made our appt by email which wasn't easy to get most dealers to do. Our salesperson, Christian, could not have been more accommodating. He was the best part of the transaction. He didn't insist on coming with us on a quick test drive. He found us the car mats, owners manual and gave s us the extra key IOU we needed. He also offered us a free 1st oil change. He even told the manager we already have a deal when they wanted to give us 200 less for our trade in. He fought for us and he was tired from a busy day. He tried his best to go fast because he knew my husband wasn't feeling well. The finance girl was not pushy and there was no hard sell on an already certified car. She was also very nice considering she was at the end of what must have been a long , busy day. The only con was how long it took, still almost 3 hours. You'd think when the price is agreed on beforehand, the trade amount etc. it could have gone faster. I know it wasn't Christian or the finance girl slowing things down so I guess it was manager issues or just a very busy on a Sat. afternoon. There is one dealer in Newark open Sunday. I think they should all be. Finally, if all dealers agreed to a price breakdown by email as this one finally did, they would sell more cars, more quickly. More
