As always the staff was courteous and professional. My questions were answered as always. I was told 3 of my tires were dry rotted and needed to be replaced as they were 9 years old and the original My questions were answered as always. This service team is stellar! Devin, Ben & Christine are fantastic service advisors. They are thorough, informative and extremely professional. It is evident that they care about their customers. My service technical Engineer, Eric (EC-120) is top notch. His expertise and knowledge are exemplary and he goes above and beyond with his vehicle service work. He generates an informative video of the work performed and takes great effort to communicate effectively! My vehicle, Dixie runs do well after being serviced and this Subaru team is 5 star! I had a very warm welcome from Devin Snader and excellent customer service. He listened attentively to my concerns and was very knowledgeable in his responses. I didn't feel pressured nor hurried.
