When finalizing my deal, I was given a trade in price that exceeded KBB/Edmund's trade in price, saving me the time and trouble of disposing of my old car myself. Finally, my salesman needed to find the model and color I requested elsewhere. I accepted the Welsh offer late on a Friday afternoon, and my car was acquired and ready for me by Tuesday afternoon. I can't say enough about my experience purchasing a new Subaru Legacy from Welsh Subaru. I happened upon their website by chance while researching cars. My local Subaru dealership in New Jersey couldn' new Subaru Legacy from Welsh Subaru. I happened upon their website by chance while researching cars. My local Subaru dealership in New Jersey couldn't/wouldn't match their price (or their great customer service) so my husband and I drove two hours to pick up our new car at Welsh. Even with the cost of gas, we saved plenty! The sale couldn't have been easier, thanks to the prompt attention to my every email by their Internet Manager, Dan Tezla. Within three days he had the exact car we wanted and we were driving our new car off the lot. There were no high-pressure sale tactics, and there was no game-playing.
