Went by today to look at a couple of different cars I saw online in hopes of finding my next automobile. I was greeted at the door and asked open ended questions so that Jerrod could better match cars with online in hopes of finding my next automobile. I had already narrowed it down to four prior to arrival and was shown all four. Once I found the one that best suited my needs we began to work out the numbers. This part of the car buying process is normally awful but Jerrod and Wes made it a very positive experience. I have done business with other "locally owned" dealers in the past but none of them hold a candle to Pigg Enterprises. I was in and out quickly and efficiently, even receiving a call within 5 minutes of leaving to tell me I forgot my sunglasses and that someone would be outside, in the rain no less, with them for me. PIGG Enterprises has over time proved to be the absolutely best pre-owned auto dealership with which I have encountered and I have had business with many in my 62 years. Wes Allen and the staff ha absolutely best pre-owned auto dealership with which I have encountered and I have had business with many in my 62 years. Wes Allen and the staff have been not only professional but caring and transparently open in trades. Their friendliness is wonderful and leaves you smiling when you leave the business. This was an incredibly easy buying experience. I found the car I wanted on the Pigg Enterprises website. I'd looked at other car dealerships inventory online, but when I got to the lot, the car I'd seen the car I wanted on the Pigg Enterprises website. I'd looked at other car dealerships inventory online, but when I got to the lot, the car I'd seen on their site was 'already sold', yet weeks later the same cars were still showing in their online inventory. Not so with Pigg Enterprises! I found a car on their website, called about it and actually found it on the lot when I went to test drive it. I'd been looking for a car for six weeks and Pigg Enterprises had the car for me! The people there are very friendly and helpful. Pat Holena and Wes Allen helped me and couldn't have been more professional; they made my transaction simple and quick. I've purchased a lot of cars over the years, but this was absolutely the easiest purchase I've ever made. I couldn't be happier. After an accident totaled our 2011 Nissan Altima we went car looking at Pigg Enterprises. Unfortunately, for us, that car sold. We found another and Jamie and Wes said that they would reserve it for us and wait for the insurance money. The day we went to arrange for payment we saw another car - the Hyundai Sonata that we liked better - so we made a deal with them on it. Jamie and Wes and the whole "Pigg" family did everything they could to get our business and make our purchasing another car an easy process. Great people, Great company, Great service!
