If I could share less than one, I would. Went up to buy a used truck with 19k miles on it. Carfax reporting small damage on right side, come to find out the truck had severe frame damage f Went up to buy a used truck with 19k miles on it. After arguing back and forth with salesman/manager they gave a loaner truck to put "hands on" the truck I purchased. Then they stated that their employee stated it was a "safe" truck to drive. In the end after going back and forth over them selling a vehicle with frame damage they decided to buy it back. Which does work out for me, but still had to eat the taxes that I paid on top of the vehicle. But, they're doing me a favor, right? Pathetic dealership and manager. I went back and looked at the Carfax after they purchased the vehicle back, and much to my surprise (sarcasm) they put in major damage on the front and side to cover, don't know if it was fixed properly but I guess not my problem anymore from here. The whole experience from start to finish just put you in a weird feeling which I should have went with my gut from the start. Saleman I talked to from start handed me off to another one when I arrived, weird. Don't listen to them on the Autocheck they provide and get a Carfax. Be cautious before you purchase and have a mechanic/body shop look the vehicle over if you do. I will NEVER return, and if anyone looks for a recommendation I will tell them to steer clear of Piles. More

I was extremely satisfied when I traded my Ford F250 and bought a Chevrolet. Chris Lawrence was awesome to work with. Had no problems with him. But when I decided to trade again we couldn't come to a satisf bought a Chevrolet. Chris Lawrence was awesome to work with. Had no problems with him. But when I decided to trade again we couldn't come to a satisfactory agreement. The vehicle I was interested in needed tires and they wouldn't agree to put some on it. I just didn't feel right about having to put them on if I was paying what they wanted for the vehicle. I still check out what they have and would definitely work with Chris Lawrence again. More

I bought my van from here a little over six months ago . Have had multiple issues since then . 1st issue is my fault, they had the middle row seat down and I assumed it was just to see the third row , I sho Have had multiple issues since then . 1st issue is my fault, they had the middle row seat down and I assumed it was just to see the third row , I should’ve checked before I actually bought it but once I got it home I opened the row up and the dog hair embedded in it was disgusting.. then every time it rained the dog smell was so overwhelming.. next , The check engine light has came on 3x , the thermostat went out within the first 7 days. Now I’ve been waiting since March for them to get the parts in that they supposedly ordered to fix the intense rattling sound from the exhaust . I’ve left messages ,nothing , I’ve called and been transferred-nothing … terrible experience… 100% regret every single thing about this and they obviously have 0 intention of doing what they said they would do and fixing the issues they claimed they would … Oh and mind you I have a “warranty” !!! 😂😂😂 More
