I drove an hour and 20 minutes for this service each way. I was just under 6000 miles, and this was my first service. When I arrived, I asked if I needed a tire rotation. She measured my tread depth and said I was just under 6000 miles, and this was my first service. When I arrived, I asked if I needed a tire rotation. She measured my tread depth and said I could probably wait until my next oil change. I then asked if they checked the air pressure because my left side was definitely low, she said they do but she would make a note to be sure. I also asked how many miles it would be until I needed another oil change and she said since it was full synthetic oil it would be 9 to 10 thousand miles. She said it should be indicated on the windshield sticker. When my truck was finished, I left and headed for home. I then remembered to check the tire pressure to see if it was leveled out. That is when I discovered that the tire pressure was the same as when I brought the truck in! So that tells me that they never checked the tire pressure. The paperwork for the multi-point inspection shows they checked it, but they didn't so that made me wonder if they did any of the multi-point inspection? I also looked at the windshield sticker and it indicated I had another oil change due in 5000 miles? If it is synthetic oil, why would it not show 10000 miles? I had other things planned for the day that is why I did not return to the dealership that day, but I shouldn't have had too! More
