Perfect !!! Exceptional professional & personable experience. Mike Marquand was unbelievably helpful and knowledge able of any minor or major piece of information Exceptional professional & personable experience. Mike Marquand was unbelievably helpful and knowledge able of any minor or major piece of information. I’ve never had a car buying experience like this. He took his time explaining everything and I didn’t feel pressured, rushed, as if I were asking too many questions, or anything like that. Mike was wonderful to work with and I am beyond happy being his customer. I felt taken care of. I would recommend him to anyone! And as a side note, everyone else I encountered walking in was extremely friendly and accommodating to whatever I needed. Thank you! More
GREAT EXPERIENCE AGAIN! My wife and I just purchased our second new Subaru today from Matt in the past 3 years. Another pleasant experience dealing with Matt. His knowledge o My wife and I just purchased our second new Subaru today from Matt in the past 3 years. Another pleasant experience dealing with Matt. His knowledge of the Legacy is very impressive and again no haggling as Matt agreed with my price on the new car as well as honoring the GTP certificate for the trade value on my old Subaru. First time meeting with Mike from finance. I appreciated the fact that my wife and I were tired so he didn't try to pressure us to purchasing anything additional which he knew wouldn't be necessary for our situation. The paper work was all prepared when we walked into Mike's office and explained quite clearly. We were done in no time which was greatly appreciated. More

Once our desires were known, Matt and his management provided option that was fair, and met our budget level. The 0% funding loan and Service Plan re-leaved our concern such that a NEW vehicle purchase was in our best interest vs. a used car plan. Onerous but necessary paper work was handled expeditiously and the on-site training of the new safety technology was extremely helpful. Further, future service was explained and the service program is helpful. We are completely satisfied. More
Subaru Review Most people think car sales people will do whatever it takes to make the sale. When working with Matt that is the complete opposite of how I felt. I called in advance to let them know my intentions, they had a car (based on my requirements) ready for me to drive (2nd time this happened). Sales team was great, friendly and easy to work with. Matt and sales team were wonderful. My only issue is the length on time it takes to complete all the paperwork - truly makes it an exhausting day. More

You aske, and so you shall have it - my feedback You asked, and so you shall have it – my feedback. I haven’t had occasion to purchase an automobile from a dealership for decades, and I continue to You asked, and so you shall have it – my feedback. I haven’t had occasion to purchase an automobile from a dealership for decades, and I continue to struggle with several realizations: standard autos are unavailable, the cost of reliable, lightly used vehicles is high, and technology and sophistication, the bells and whistles of cars of this century are quite sophisticated. Upon arrival, a chorus of men who were eager to assist greeted and welcomed me – I did not note any women, however, there were women in the cashier’s area. Matt Mazza, presented himself most prominently, and was gracious and charming in his reaction to my reference of his resemblance to Jason Bateman – evidently this is a common reference. Matt was informative, attentive – a good listener and exhibited positive non-verbal communication behaviors. He made a warm introduction to Scott Neal, who also welcomed and encouraged questions. Matt was a popular sales person and had several customers he attended simultaneously. I drove two autos, the Forester and the Crosstrek – I appreciated the opportunity to drive unaccompanied. I am certain that courtesy allowed me to test drive with confidence and comfort - thank you. The dealership was clean and comfortable with a cozy maintenance lounge in the back. Coffee and other beverages were available and offered. Even pizza was served. I enjoyed an apple. I found the contractual paper signing process rather disquieting. Mr. Friedman (?) did his job well, putting the fear of God into me regarding the costs of repair, noting that everything is electronic in these vehicles, that the transmission or air conditioning could go, and he spouted costs into the thousands of dollars for repair. I tried to point out at 25 thousand miles, the car was barely broken in – he insisted. While I phoned a friend for assistance, I nonetheless succumbed and purchased both the extended warrantee and gap insurance. Having companion support would have allowed me to feel less pressure and act less reactionary. I am resigned - I made the best decision I could, with the information at hand, and I trust over the long run, such will serve me. Oscar (if memory serves), the insurance agent was pleasant and patient as we called my agent, who is also a close friend of mine, at home (her office closes at noon on Saturdays). That process was efficient and the required paperwork completed and received in no time. I had to ask for the Carfax report as well as the breakdown of fees, and it appears I did not note the cost for the Universal Security Guard. The car while cleaned, smelled toxic, and the passenger side visor was covered in what appeared to be makeup. Fortunately, I was able to remove the stains. There seem to be other dingy shadows on that same side. The car was nearly empty of gas, or so I believed. There were two bars and then one as I drove on the Parkway. In a panic I exited. I learned later, that there is a feature that tells you how far one bar lasts. Most who hear this part of my experienced are surprised the car was not filled up at purchase. As we did not do a walk-around prior to the final sale, I noted on day three (day two the car sat in the garage), two small dimples on the passenger side – it would have been nice if they had been remedied. I fear rusting, etc. I received the lowest trade in value for my car, $100, another dealership offered $300, but that may have simply been bait. I realize my car had little value, but that was the lowest offer. The after purchase was selfie was a modern, social media touch. I haven’t seen Matt’s FB page, but he must have a collection – he is an astute sales person. The Miskin’s, Megan and Sam, referred me to the dealership, and in particular to work with Ian Giroux– they have earned their referral commission/bonus. I have a safe, reliable vehicle, and I have learned much in this process. I appreciate the opportunity to share my experience, thank you. Laura F. Rickards More
