I had read reviews of Pine Belt Subaru before shopping t So, you know how nerve-wracking it can be to buy a car. It's often an Us vs Them experience. I had read reviews of Pine Belt Subaru before shopping there, and it just seemed to have a different vibe. I went there today looking for a Subaru Outback. I had an appointment set up to meet Ray, the sales manager, and before I arrived there was a friendly video on my phone from Ray, holding an umbrella and standing in the rain next to an Outback he'd had brought out of inventory because it matched just what I had had texted I was looking for. Note this: the car had just what I had said I wanted! He didn't try to upsell me something with more bells and whistles and a bigger price tag. Already I was liking this... Ray introduced me to Ian, the salesman who would go with me for a test drive and answer all my questions. Ian was so refreshing- likeable, low-key, knowledgeable, with not a hint of pressure. I loved the Outback, and it came time to talk price. I had done my homework, but without any drama they offered me the car at a very reasonable price. Rob, the financial guy, took me through payment options... again without trying to steer me into anything I didn't want. My car buying experience couldn't have gone better. The different vibe is real. If you're interested in a Subaru, this is the place to shop! More
