The best car buying experience I've ever had. I was a bit nervous to buy a new car, I've already owned a Subaru Forester, so that wasn't the problem. It was the process that worried me; however it couldn't have been better. The entire staff was warm, friendly and totally understanding of my feelings, from the GM, Scott, to the Mgr. Steve and especially the salesman Ray. Ray put up with all my questions and requests, he made it a very pleasant experience. And I got a terrific deal on top of it. This guy was great. Sure, he wanted to make a deal, sell a car, that's expected, but it was the way in which he went about his job that was such a significant difference from my prior car purchases at other dealerships. He wasn't pushy, he wasn't "wheeling and dealing," instead he answered all my questions, and got me a price that I was willing to pay. Done and Done. Went to Pinebelt Subaru since I heard nothing but great reviews and deals. I was greeted by "Iggy" and he took action at finding me my dream car. There was no pressure thru out the process and was the quickest deal. I was in and out within an hour time. Iggy was able to answer every question about my new car, was well educated on the vechiles he sells probably due to the love he has just like myself for Subarus. Even after handing me the keys to my new STI he sat down with me and showed me the features and how to use them. Almost one week later he still reached out to me to see how everything is. He isn't the "normal" sales man us consumers are fearing of. More
