Cody Wilson is a very professional service manager. He kept me up to date on all the repairs and status of my vehicle . He was honest and let me know that there was only one diesel tech currently working kept me up to date on all the repairs and status of my vehicle . He was honest and let me know that there was only one diesel tech currently working and it would take an extended period to get my truck complete. He got me a rental and made sure it was covered by Ford . I'm thankful for the service Cody provided me , it was not easy not having my truck for over 3 weeks . I hope more diesel mechanics can be hired by Pines Ford. It will ease the burden placed on owners when their trucks need repairs. More
