AutoNation Ford is a great full service location. I brought my Bronco in for an oil change and a recall and they informed me about an additional recall that I had not received from ford directly. They completed all 3 jobs and even got the truck washed for my pickup. They kept me informed through the entire process with texts and a phone call. I would highly recommend them to anyone that my be shopping for a new dealership that has a top shelf staff that really look out for their customers needs.

I recently had the pleasure of leasing my 2026 Ford Mustang, and I can honestly say that this was one of the best experiences I have ever had when getting a vehicle. From the very beginning, Miguel made the entire leasing process feel comfortable, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. Getting a new vehicle can sometimes feel stressful, especially when there are so many questions, numbers, options, and details to consider. However, Miguel was incredibly patient, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire experience. He took the time to answer every question I had, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood each step of the process. I never felt rushed, pressured, or like I was simply another customer trying to get through the door. BUYER BEWARE — read this before you deal with Javier - Frauddetector

BUYER BEWARE — read this before you deal with Javier Gandia, sales manager here. I was mid-deal on a used Bronco when he tried to charge me an extra $502 by telling me — twice, in writing — that California DMV holds a "safety margin" and refunds it automatically. That's false. DMV doesn't hold dealer money and doesn't issue refunds like that. When I asked him to prove it, he had nothing, and killed the deal instead of coming clean. This is a sales MANAGER — the person supposedly training everyone else — willing to lie in writing to squeeze an extra $500 out of a customer. I lost $150 on an inspection trusting a deal he never intended to honor straight. If he'll do this over $500 in writing, think about what happens on a deal where you're not paying attention. AVOID- if you insist on buying from these guys, LOOK OUT FOR FAKE FEES!

Julio Gonzalez has been a huge help with helping me fix the transmission in my mustang, I provided all of the info about what I was experiencing when driving and we went and physically drove the car to see what the issue was like and he was able to pin point the issue right away, he got me in and took care of my car, He was really good with communication and keeping me updated and when I got the car back it drove Flawlessly. Huge thank you to him for helping me with the transmission issue with my car I definitely recommend choosing him as your service advisor

I brought the vehicle to Greico Monday, 5/22/2023 with - cmdiii

I brought the vehicle to Greico Monday, 5/22/2023 with air flowing but not very cool temperature. They ran "tests" and determined I need two (2) new evaporator cores replaced. The costs were $4,094.24. I agreed to the repair and received the vehicle Friday, 5/26/2023. I picked up the vehicle and the A/C was working and felt cool temperature but not real cold. I drove the car for about 2 weeks, and then the air starting to blow warm again. I called Greico on 6/7/2023 and they said to bring it back in. The next availability I had on my schedule was on 6/14/2022. Greico ran more "tests" and determined I now need a new air compressor at a cost of $2100 (text). That is over $6000 for a car A/C. I refused to allow them to make any more repairs at this point as I do not trust them, and I went to another repair shop (Empire Auto in Fort Lauderdale, FL). At Empire Auto on 6/16/2023, they ran tests and determined I needed a new air compressor for $2,048.30. I allowed them to conduct the repair. I received the car back on 6/16/2023, and it was working great. I drove the car a couple days and realized a mildew smell in the car which seemed like sitting water. I inspected the vehicle and found a large wet area in the front passenger seat. I brought the vehicle to a local mechanic for an opinion, and he said it appears to be leaking from the evaporator and is likely a clogged drain line. He said since Grieco did the repair work, they should fix any issues arising from the repair at no cost. He also reminded me that Grieco replaced the air compressor in the vehicle less than one (1) year ago, which I completely forgot. I contacted Grieco on 6/21/2023 and they said to bring in the vehicle. I brought the vehicle back to Grieco on 6/22/2023 and they ran "tests" and inspected the vehicle. No shock, they claim none of the issues arise from their evaporator core work and the leak is coming from outside the vehicle, like the door or windshield. They said the cost to repair would "begin" with a leak test to determine the leak location and then they could advise of the repair required. They quoted the cost to "start" at $540 for the leak test, then the costs for the labor and materials for the repair would follow. At this point I've had enough and told them to do no repairs and return the vehicle. I then took the vehicle back to Empire Auto on 6/22/2023 for their analysis. Upon arriving to the shop, I was on the phone for +/-20 minutes prior to exiting the vehicle. The repair shop manager walked up and asked me to look under the vehicle, and he said there should be a significant puddle of water below the vehicle from condensation draining from the A/C, yet there was no water at all. At this point, the front passenger area had a small puddle of water accumulating on the floor. In a short amount of time, the repair shop was able to confirm the leak in the vehicle was from the clogged drainpipe leading from the A/C system. In addition, the repair shop was able to find a Ford Manufacturer fault on the A/C drain system and conducted a further repair applying a Ford Manufacturer drain elbow to alleviate any leaks. The repair shop conducted the drainpipe clearing and the pipe elbow application, along with drying out the vehicle. Following, the repairs were a total of $398.00, and the vehicle is completely dry. Even with several upcoming South Florida torrential downpours, the vehicle is dry inside (no outside vehicle leak). I submitted a claim on BBB for a full refund, and Greico completely ignored it. Stay away from this place. (Note: I had much more info. but I'm limited to 765 words)

"Mafia Dealership " Careful for scamming I took my 2025 Raptor-R for 10k miles oil change. The service advisor quoted me $108 When I went for pick up my truck they charge me $218. The advisor told me that she did not know that it takes 8 quarts of oil. She should not be a service advisor if she does not know her job.

Let me start by saying Kareen and the sales staff seem terrific and exceptional. With that being said that was the last and final experience my wife and I plan on ever having with Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet of Pompano. To summarize, my wife and I were both in the market for new vehicles, she was looking for a BMW X5 and I was looking for a new LT Trail boss with the updated interior. After searching and leaving Braman BMW of Jupiter and looking at a beautiful X5 for her we decided to check out the White BMW X5 Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet had to offer since I was also in the market for a new Chevrolet. Unfortunately we barely even made it past the front door. Even though it was posted as available, on the lot, and priced well before I even got to mention I was looking at trading my new F150 we were told the X5 was available but the "GM" had it. At first I thought GM as in general motors so I was a bit confused, but that confusion was short lived when we were told it was actually the General Manager who took it home and decided to drive it for the weekend. When we asked to see the vehicle and for him to bring it in we were told we would have to wait until he is finished with the vehicle and he will bring it in Monday. Kareen was very sweet and took my number even though I told her we were no longer interested. Frustrated because my wife who is a Dermatology PA and I working in Offshore petroleum, with two children in the mix, have almost no time to really do much let alone drive an hour to see a vehicle posted and ready to be sold just to be told the General Manager took it home for his own pleasure. Even with that we decided to drive home and give the dealership one more chance to make it right. We asked Kareen if she could text her GM and ask him to bring the vehicle in the next day instead of Monday. She was extremely kind and considerate and said she would ask. She was told no so apparently the GM joy rides are more important than the customers that keep the doors open. It really shows where this dealership's priorities lie and how little they will go for potential customers. If they aren't even willing to bring a vehicle in they have listed for sale and available I can only imagine how little they would be willing to work for any of their customers on a deal that works for them. Extremely unprofessional and will be taking our business elsewhere.
