Service Lead was very friendly when I scheduled and brought in my 2018 F-150 to have brake pad replaced and rotors turned. However upon arriving he exaggerated the condition of the rotors and said the brought in my 2018 F-150 to have brake pad replaced and rotors turned. However upon arriving he exaggerated the condition of the rotors and said they would all need to be replaced, "they could not be resurfaced / turned." [truck is like new and rotors have never been turned so plenty of thickness] I declined the services went home removed the rotors and had them measured and resurfaced at a high-end part store. conclusion: the rotors were thick enough to resurface / turn and the job was very easy to do within 2-hours. Seems the Sky was NOT falling and the repair was very simple. ...I simply wish scare tactics were un-true rumors but in this case this seems like a clear example. More
First, the agent Marco was arguing with me saying I didn’t have an appointment.
