I have had my vehicle serviced by Quicklanes in another state and always have been very happy with the level of care i received. The experience at Pines Ford wss equally satisfying except for two (2) thin state and always have been very happy with the level of care i received. The experience at Pines Ford wss equally satisfying except for two (2) things. The first was the unreasonable wait. I had an appointment and arrived almost a half hour before the appointment. I waited for almost 3 hours. The second is that I am used to speaking with the technician about my vehicle. This was not possible at Pines More

It was noon on a Saturday afternoon when my battery was dead. Called roadside service they were here in a half an hour.
