I'm very displeased with Pines Ford Lincoln. I thought they stood behind their name. My 82 year old mom financed a used Ford Explorer for $30,000.00 which was her dream vehicle and 3 months lat I thought they stood behind their name. My 82 year old mom financed a used Ford Explorer for $30,000.00 which was her dream vehicle and 3 months later her truck started to shake real bad, so she took the vehicle back to Pines Ford and they told her she will have to pay $177.00 to put her vehicle on the machine. The service person stated it was her brakes and rotors and she will have to pay for it which will be $1,060.00. The Dealer refuse to be responsible for the issue knowing that they sold my mom a vehicle with bad brakes and rotors which could have cause tremendous harm to her. Now my mom is paying monthly payments on a vehicle that she can't drive because she has to save money to pay for brakes and rotors that should have been done prior to the vehicle being sold to her. I will not refer anyone to Pines Ford every. The sad thing is, most of my family vehicles are Ford's and they are very disappoint in this company and will never purchase another vehicle from you all. More
