I felt disrespected bringing the car into the service center. The purpose of me making an appointment was so that I could get in, have the oil changed, and get out. I work the grave shift and it was my plan to go home to sleep. My appointment was at 10:20 and I arrived at 10:05 (15 minutes early). I was told it would be approximately 90 minutes (which is a long time to change oil). At 11:30 I was expecting the car to be ready it wasn’t. In fact it wasn’t ready until after 1:00 pm (3 hours later). So did I appreciate the 3 hour wait no I absolutely did not. Not only that but there was not one single service person who felt the need to keep me apprised ehy there was such a long delay. What was the point of scheduling an appointment? People without appointments left quicker than I did. So why should I give Pines Ford a raving review? More
Staff didn't check before contacting me to pick up my truck. Service was incomplete. Wasted time and gas to pick up a truck I couldn't even leave with. Service advisor Cody did not offer a rental or loaner. Instead, I was offered an Uber ride home. If I had not pushed for the rental, I would have been stranded. When I did get the rental, I was also contacted by Service advisor Cody on a Thursday morning, advising me to return the rental because it is costing the dealer too much money. After my vehicle is fixed, I WILL NEVER SERVICE MY VEHICLE HERE. I will also advise family and friends to never Service a vehicle here.... at PINES FORD! More
