I was impressed how the Ford attitude of the service team seems to have really improved a lot. Going back, the customer service was absoluutely dreadful, no one was helpful. If you went in with a question, you got a shrug of the shoulder, like "Ford does what it wants and take it or leave it attitude." If you booked an appt they may or may not get to it that day!! Really! My appt this time was easy to make in person. Very pleasant Service Tech. I turned up on time, they said the service would take approx 2 hours. It was approx 2 hours.
