They put a quart too much oil in my car! As a result, the oil burnt off and created all this smoke as I was driving home. I had to call the dealership and they sent a flatbed to pick up the car. I wasn’t in a good neighborhood when it happened and thank goodness it was me and not my wife. They gave me a loaner and the next day, they called me to let me know that the mechanic put a quart too much and that’s what caused everything. I just hope that it didn’t cause permanent damage to my vehicle. I’m very disappointed. More
